Ultra Poly's Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information collected via UltraPoly.com. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy and data collection practices on other sites we hyperlink to, host or manage for customers and third parties with which we contract.
In some instances, such as for event registration, visitors may be asked to submit credit card information for payment.
